Training

Food Safety Program Development, Guidelines and Record Forms

Undertaken jointly with client's HACCP Team - includes provision of food safety documentation and record forms.

Food Services Manual

Contains standard guidelines. Site specific guidelines and procedures may be developed as required.

Special Diet Manual

Includes standard meal patterns for easy use by kitchen staff. Individual special diet guidelines can be purchased and other special diets may be developed and added if required.
